Bracken Lodges is a family owned business offering one, two and three bedroom detached holiday lodges, all presented to a very high standard. Our perfect location is surrounded by beautiful walks and provides spectacular views over the Loch to the summit of Ben Lawers. Our eight, superbly equipped lodges all have en-suite bathrooms and under-floor heating. All gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, under-floor heating and wifi are included in the price. No smoking or pets are permitted in any of the lodges. All of the lodges have been awarded 4* by Visit Scotland.
The picturesque village of Kenmore is only 5 miles from Bracken Lodges and hosts an excellent choice of restuarants, golf course, beach and the unique Scottish Crannog Centre. Horse riding, watersports, fishing and Highland Safaris can all be enjoyed from the village.
The small town of Aberfeldy (11 miles) has its own local distillery, watermill book shop, cinema, swimming pool, golf course and a variety of restaurants, pubs and hotels. For the more adventurous, whitewater rafting, gorge walking or other thrill seeking activities are available to try.
The pretty village of Killin is only 11 miles away and the famous Falls of Dochart are a very popular spot with visitors. There are beautiful walks to explore around the village and it also has an outdoor shop with kayaks and bicycles to hire. There are a good selection of hotels, pubs and restuaurants within the village.
The area is also a favourite destination for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy hillwalking, fishing and mountain biking. Loch Tay's natural beauty and abundant wildlife make it a very popular tourist attraction and provide easy access to a number of Munros in the area, including of course, Ben Lawers, Schiehallion, Ben More and Ben Lui.
