It has&nbsp;one double bedroom,&nbsp;a shower room&nbsp;comprising of a shower, wash basin and toilet and heated towel rail. a newly fitted kitchen, fully fitted with integrated fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob&nbsp;the kitchen leads&nbsp;into an open plan sitting room with double sofa and dining table and two chairs. Flat screen TV and DVD player. South facing and sunny aspect. Hall cupboard with storage. Linen and towels included. (please bring own dog beds and towels) the flat&nbsp; is very cosy it has gas central heating and it is&nbsp;very efficient. There is Private Parking for one car outside the cottage. <br /> <br />We have a no smoking policy throughout apartment</p> Larachmhor Holiday Cottage 3850 Larachmhor is in the hamlet of Trochry, 4.5 miles from Dunkeld. It has recently undergone a complete renovation that has transformed this modest bungalow into a stylish, and extremely comfortable holiday house. The design has focussed on quality and colour making it a real surprise and pleasure when you enter. The bedrooms have an element of luxury. There is a family bathroom and 2 en-suite shower rooms. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining area, and a separate utility room with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a wood burner in the sitting room for cooler days and there is a delightful conservatory looking towards the field and hills. There is an attractive garden backing on to open fields.<br /><br />There is ample opportunity for walking, cycling and fishing in the locality. The nearest town is the ever popular Dunkeld with its National Trust buildings, charming shops and restaurants by the River Tay. The ospreys nest at Loch of the Lowes above the town - well worth the visit in the right season. From here you are perfectly placed to see both the west coast and the Cairngorms or even visit Edinburgh is you fancy a day in one of the world's greatest cities. Kirkhill Cottage 3842 <p>Backing onto open fields leading up to Caputh Hill, the bright and comfortable Kirkhill Cottage puts you firmly away from the bustle&nbsp;of Dunkeld &amp; Birnam&nbsp;in just a few minutes.&nbsp; Guests can enjoy the beautiful countryside from Kirkhill's garden - perhaps even seeing the red kites, pheasants, roe and fallow deer which have been spotted by previous guests. The cottage is very well located for visiting the attractions around Perthshire, in a small, quiet village which is only 20 minutes from Perth. Everything that you need is provided and the cottage is well furnished.
