Paddle Surf Scotland

Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) is the worlds fastest growing watersport, come and find out why in some of Scotland's most beautiful scenery.

SUP combines the thrills and spills of traditional surfing with the versatility to go anywhere of a kayak or canoe. This means you can explore a loch, meander down a gentle river or hit the surf all on the same board!.

Here at Paddle Surf Scotland we can HIRE you inflatable, transportable SUP's which pack down to a suitcase size, so you can paddle where you want , when you want. We can even deliver to you across the Perthshire and Tayside region. We also offer surfboard, bodyboard and wetsuit hire.

We run regular Surf and SUP hire in the region. Our locations include St Andrews, Kenmore and Pitlochry. SUP's, Surfboard and Bodyboard hire available.

We can instruct and coach you in the skills you need to take up this incredible sport in the regions best locations.

Progression Bikes

Progression Bikes is Highland Perthshire's latest and greatest Mountain Bike specific company. With a fantastic range of products & services on offer, we are able to tailor any package to suit your every need.

We cater for all types including school & beginner groups, families, stags and hens, downhillers wanting uplifts with timing facilities, and even those looking for that epic day ride or bespoke training course.

We have a full range of hire bikes for all shapes and sizes, including kids bikes, and all the gear you'll need to get out riding.

All our guides are fully qualified and our coaches are trained in developing skills from an introduction to gears, to road safety awareness, and from bunny hops to drop offs. We can even bring our skills courses to you!

We have fantastic premises in Dunkeld, just off the A9, your first step on the road to adventure in Highland Perthshire. So stop in and find out how we can make your ideal cycling experience come to life!

Highland Offroad

Quad treks available to suit all needs whether you are a family of four or a group of friends looking for adventure! Corporate days also available. Other activities can be arranged including off road driving and clay pigeon shooting.

With access to over 280 acres of wild Highland Estate, Highland Offroad is in the perfect setting to offer exciting quad treks in a simply stunning location.

Our 1 hour quad treks cover a wide variety of terrain, from wide forest tracks to narrow woodland paths, camel back humps, cobbles and steep hill sides - with local wildlife practically round every corner.

Don't forget your camera as there will be plenty of opportunities along the way to stop and take photos!

The Erigmore Estate Leisure Park

Erigmore is a lovely secluded estate on the edge of Birnam. It offers facilities such as an include indoor swimming pool with spa and sauna, newly refurbished Zebra Bar and Restaurant which serves tasty home cooked food, childrens outdoor play area, ample parking and free wifi. All these facilities are available to both residents and non-residents.

Zebra Bar & Erigmore House Restaurant
The contemporary Zebra Bar offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, serving delicious bar meals for lunch and dinner with an excellent choice of dishes plus daily specials. Swimming Pool & Spa
Whether you want to splash in the pool with the kids, swim an invigorating 50 lengths or just relax and unwind the leisure complex at Erigmore delivers. The swimming pool is bright and modern with a glass roof, the pool stretches 40ft so it caters for all kinds of swimmers. The calming jacuzzi and sauna help to relax those tired muscles and rejuvenate the body and mind. They have well-equipped changing facilities and pool attendants on hand at all times, this mean you can kick back, relax and enjoy yourself. Large groups are advised to call ahead to check availability.
