Secret Bothy

Secret Bothy is a traditional cottage that has been rejuvenated to provide luxury accommodation for up to 4 guests in historic Killiecrankie. Secluded in a walled garden beside a large Victorian country house, the cottage offers privacy in a stunning rural environment.

There are 2 double ensuite bedrooms, a large open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, modern utility room, underfloor heating, wood burning stove with large basket of logs, WiFi internet, Sky TV, hair driers, washing machine, clothes drier, iron and all other necessary appliances.

Secret Bothy, a historic listed building, has been carefully redesigned to provide quality self-catering for visitors who enjoy outdoor adventure and indoor comfort. Ideally situated to take advantage of all Highland Perthshire can offer, guests can relax at the end of a satisfying day in Secret luxury. Spa bath, bathrobes, slippers, fine linen, toiletries, welcome hamper and many more extras are provided. Self-catering has never been so indulgent.

For those interested in intrepid sports or quiet pursuits, Secret Bothy is a real find. Week long stays in summer and short breaks (either midweek or long weekends) available throughout the rest of the year. Secure payment is available by cheque, credit card or bank transfer.

Kingfisher Lodge

Kingfisher Lodge sits next to the river within the River Tilt Park. Sitting on the balcony provides views upstream and downstream of the River with Tulach hill prominent to the West.

There are two bedrooms, with the master at the front of the lodge, facing the river, with a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are comfortably decorated.

An over bath electric shower is installed and a heated towel rail. A fully fitted kitchen is available for use during your stay and all electric and gas costs are included.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

Red Squirrels and Mallard Ducks are frequent visitors to the lodge and they are always looking for some food (nuts are available for the squirrels in the kitchen cupboard.

Sorry, but we are unable to accept pets and smoking is not allowed in the lodge.

Tirinie Cottage

A wonderful semi-detached stone cottage within a private estate with stunning views down to Blair Atholl Castle and the hills of Loch Tummel and Loch Tay. Sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 spacious double bedrooms .

Blair Castle Woodland Lodges

Our two-bedroom and three-bedroom holiday lodges offer a wonderful opportunity for couples or families to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery of their Highland surroundings. Inside, the lodges provide comfortable, informal, yet quite contemporary accommodation with fully fitted and modern self-catering kitchens adjacent to open plan areas for dining and relaxation.

The sitting rooms of our holiday lodges open out through double doors on to spacious verandas with patio furniture, providing private, open air space with direct views into the surrounding woodland and further views to Tulloch Hill.

Atholl Cottage

Atholl Cottage is situated in the heart of Perthshire, between Pitlochry and Blair Atholl. It offers high quality self catering accommodation for five people - and is situated in peaceful but not isolated surroundings.

The cottage, originally built in 1812, stands in its own private grounds and is bordered on one side by the Aldclune Burn. Atholl Cottage has been awarded 4 stars by the Scottish Tourist Board.

Easy access to the A9 (see map) gives visitors the opportunity to explore some splendid and historic countryside. Golfing, hill walking, fishing, mountain bike riding and bird watching are all available locally. White water rafting can be enjoyed on the River Tay.
