Station House is situated in the centre of Aberfeldy, a beautiful town in Highland Perthshire. It's only a short walk from the Cafes, Shops, Bars and Restaurants and the newly refurbished Birks Cinema.

Aberfeldy is renowned for its selection of outdoor activities which include, Canoeing, Rafting, Walking, Cycling, Fishing, Shooting & Golf.

Rose Cottage Bed & Breakfast

A beautiful Victorian villa set in its own secluded grounds, Rose Cottage is just a few minutes stroll from the centre of the picturesque market town of Aberfeldy.

Your hosts, Jenny and Richard Langrish, provide a warm welcome, with complimentary tea and homemade scones on arrival, or a glass of wine if the sun is over the yard-arm. All rooms are furnished to an exceptionally high standard; fully equipped with LCD televisions, CD players, hair dryers, and tea and coffee making facilities. The luxury en-suite bathrooms have either a bath or shower and include Barony handcrafted toiletries and snuggly bath robes, and to make your stay even more relaxed, we provide a complimentary dram of Aberfeldy Malt on your first night.

As part of the environmental policy to reduce plastic waste, all rooms have refillable glass bottles of our lovely clear Scottish tap water, but if you would prefer bottled mineral water it is readily available.

Our residents’ lounge offers the ideal place to sit and read, plan your next day or just simply relax with a magazine or a good book.

There are several excellent restaurants in the area, but if after a busy day you would prefer not to venture far, you can take advantage of our varied menu of lovely home cooked suppers.
