The Struan Inn

Mary-Ann and Bob welcome you to the Struan Inn, situated just 5 miles north of the village of Blair Atholl on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. The Inn is just two minutes from the A9, the main arterial route connecting the central region of Scotland to the north.

Dinner is available in our Restaurant where all our food is freshly prepared and cooked to order. We are pleased to offer local game on our menu. With a fully licenced bar, guests can relax in front of the log burning stove and sample our selection of malt whiskies. Beer and lager is available on tap and we also have wine, other spirits and soft drinks on offer.

Pre-booking for the Restaurant is advisable, particularly at weekends. Please book before midday for dining that evening, or earlier if possible. All our food is prepared and cooked to order, so there is always a short wait before your table will be ready.

We can cater for larger groups too (up to about 12 in any party) and our restaurant can also be booked for a private function, seating up to 26 for dinner. We offer a group dinner menu for parties of eight people plus. For larger parties, please give us at least one week's notice when booking.

A courtesy minibus is available for diners living or staying within a 6-mile radius. The minibus seats up to eight people and we may be able to travel a little further to collect a full party of diners. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Taymouth Marina Restaurant

Set on the stunning shores of the loch, Taymouth Marina Restaurant looks out over Loch Tay & Drummond Hill.

Open from 11.00am daily, serving teas & coffees with breakfast rolls & scones.

Lunch is from 12noon until 3.00pm and then in the afternoon they offer a full bar service with teas & coffees.

Dinner starts at 6.00pm with a wide array of Scottish produce; including meat & fish.

Thyme at Errichel

Thyme at Errichel Restaurant is located in a beautiful stone built 'round house' based on the design of a traditional horse gin. The restaurant is within Errichel House at Errichel Farm, a working hill farm 2 miles up the hill from Aberfeldy town centre. The large windows frame the spectacular views over the farm, gardens and across Highland Perthshire. The stone floors and walls, oak and leather furniture keep this place firmly rooted in it's natural surroundings. We offer beautiful and comfortable surroundings for elegant, yet relaxed dining.

The Birnam Inn

Located across the courtyard from the Birnam Hotel, the Birnam Inn has been decorated and renovated to the same high standard as the hotel. It has a cosy public bar area, very spacious eating section and quieter mezzanine level with comfy chairs. Outside there is a sunny decking area with chairs and tables and on the grassy bank there are benches. TV's have been installed in the 3 main areas for you to enjoy special sporting occasions such as golf, football, rugby and tennis. There is a place for everyone at the Birnam Inn.

We have brought a specially trained chef from Glasgow who, with his own team, creates hand crafted, freshly baked pizzas, pastas, salads and grills. He makes his own bread dough and also freshly prepares sauces and toppings. You can eat in or take away - the choice is yours.
