Cycling - On and Off Road

For road cyclists and those who prefer to get off the tarmac, go to the specialist website of our partner organisation, Highland Perthshire Cycling , where you will get details of all the routes featured here, and a great deal more besides.

Popular walking and cycling routes radiate out from all our main towns and villages and Pitlochry is the end destination of the 127km Rob Roy Way that starts at Loch Lomond near Glasgow.

Below are some of the main path networks with printed guides:

Pitlochry / Dunkeld and Birnam: Networks of six paths in and around Pitlochry and eight around Dunkeld and Birnam include popular walks such as Ben Vrackie and Birnam Hill.
